Machines are sourced through established manufacturers, distributors, and vetted supply partners. Availability, condition, specifications, and warranty position are checked before an item is offered or quoted.

Inspection process

Eligible machines are checked for model identity, physical condition, control-board function, fan condition, power-up behaviour, and reported hashrate. Inspection details may vary by machine condition and supplier.

Payment confirmation

An order is reserved only after the payment received matches the order amount, selected asset, wallet, network, and transaction details. Customers can follow confirmation and fulfilment progress through order tracking.

Warranty arrangements

Warranty coverage may be provided by the manufacturer or Rocket Crypto, depending on the machine and order. The provider, coverage period, and important exclusions are shown with the customer’s warranty record.

Shipping partners

Available delivery routes may include DHL, FedEx, and Raptor Shipping. The selected courier, route, estimated timing, insurance options, customs responsibilities, and tracking details are confirmed for each order.

Hosting standards

Hosted deployments are planned around suitable power, cooling, network access, monitoring, physical security, and maintenance coordination. Actual service conditions are confirmed in the customer’s hosting agreement.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on payment status, machine reservation, inspection, custom procurement, shipping, and service activation. The applicable terms are provided before fulfilment progresses.

Security practices

Customer accounts, payment submissions, order access, and withdrawal-related changes use layered access controls, verification checks, session protection, and activity monitoring. Sensitive operational details are not published.
